Compassion First Support Program

A program for individuals 18 and older with mental illness, autism, and other neurodivergences. We provide care and support while offering various services designed to develop independence, enhance lives, and establish a sense of community. Our members are individuals who need support in various forms, from socialization, "body doubling" tasks, or shopping and budgeting.  We're also offering a Friday night hang out, for a space to get out, and have fun! We are here to offer a support network to those that need us, whatever that looks like for you.

We believe that support is a vital part of personal growth and empowerment. Our program aims to provide comprehensive assistance, ranging from domestic tasks to helping individuals learn to budget and meal prep . We understand the importance of tailoring a care plan to meet each person's specific needs and interests. Whether it's acquiring new skills, finding a fun hobby, or making new friends, we are committed to helping individuals achieve their goals. Our space is also one where individuals can come and socialize, get out in the community, or get active in a fun way like swimming.

*We recognize that everyone has different passions or goals. If there is a particular thing that sparks their interest, we will work closely with them to gain a deeper understanding of the interest and the skills required. This hands-on approach allows us to provide relevant and personalized education, enabling individuals to grow and thrive, whatever they're doing!
